Our custom-made winter protection covers are designed to protect hardy palms against cold Canadian winters! These have been battle-tested in zone 6 Ontario with various varieties of hardy palms using traditional zone-pushing techniques. (Most commonly paired with a thermocube and C9 christmas lights for heat)
The cover does not include an internal frame. A basic frame can be build from wood or PVC. Additionally we suggest anchoring the frame to the ground using stakes.
A heat source (C9 incandescent Christmas lights), a temperature controller (Thermocube) and extension cord are not included.
